We do not have a client, nor do we use any data sets, so there are no intellectual property constraints placed on our project.
Users cannot really use our app to break the law. If a user is already in the act of breaking laws and receive a notification while using our app regarding that law breaking, then that notification would pass through our app, however, our app is no more at fault than the messaging app used to send the message. The same goes for file sharing or clipboard sharing. If someone has illegal pictures in their email, the email company is not going to get in trouble for it, the user is. This goes the same with our app. We are not liable if our user uses our app to send illegal data; it is not the purpose of our app.
