  1. Kinetic: minimal changes for compiling on ROS Kinetic (atenpas#5)

    Migration from Indigo Eigen interface
    Force use of OpenCV2 interfaces
    Add explicit dependency on libopencv-dev,
      replacing the cv_bridge dependency needed for Indigo.
