- Added vampire hunters, which spawn:
- Randomly, similarly to pillagers
- With a random chance if a vampire kills something through feeding

- Whether vampires burn in daylight
- How long the feeding cooldown is

Balance tweaks:

- Made vampires always stay above 0 health if above 0 blood
- Made blood not reduce passively when health below 0
- Removed blood loss when absorbing damage

- Reduced damage multiplier from vampire-effective weapons
- Changed default dash key to X
- Removed debuffs from creative vampires

- Fixed villagers waking up when feeding on them while asleep
- Fixed mobs not seeing vampires with 0 health
