To add or update your project's information to the explorer, please follow these steps. A GitHub account is required to complete the process.
- Go to the GitHub repository at the following URL: www.github.com/web3privacy/explorer-data
- Navigate to the
src
directory, then go into theprojects
folder. - In the upper-right corner, click on "Create new file".
- At this point, GitHub will ask you to fork the branch. Confirm the fork.
- Enter the name of your project in the new directory you created. Make sure there is a slash before the name. This way you create the project folder. Example: /NAME
- Inside your project directory, create an
index.yaml
file. Follow the template here: sample - When you're ready to save, click "Commit changes..." in the top-right corner.
- Toggle the option for "Create a new branch for this commit and start a pull request".
- Click "Propose changes".
- GitHub will redirect you to the "Open a pull request" page.
- In the pull request title, add your title as such:
Create index.yaml <your_project_name>
. - Finally, click "Create pull request". Adding a description is optional.
- Now you will be able to add the logo (PNG format, 400x400 pixels).
- Go to
www.github.com/explorer-data/tree/main/src/projects/(name of the file added)
. - In the top-right corner, click on "Add file" and then "Fork this Repository."
- Navigate to your GitHub profile, find the forked repository, and open the project you're working on. The URL should look like this:
github.com/(your GitHub username)/explorer-data/tree/main/src/projects/(name of the file added)
. - In the top-right corner, click on "Add file" and then "Upload files."
- A window will open where you can upload your logo (name the file just "logo," without any other text).
- At the bottom, select "Create a new branch for this commit and start a pull request." Then press "Propose changes."
- The pull request page will open again. Add the file name and click on "Create pull request."
