One weighs using the ditance to a chosen point. The other calculates the center of the region and weighs using the distance to that point.

Added new functions to erode and dilate structuring elements. Cleaned some code and added comments to the rest of Thomas Walter commit. Moved code around. Created file that contains sorting functors and moved countNonZero to accumulator.hxx. Aded and updated tests. Updated license banners.

This PR implements object features in the spirit of CellCognition. The code needs some manual polishing before being merged, but contains a lot of useful stuff.
