Your ephys event TTL to channel 36 on the Arduino Due as well as the ground to the Arduino Due ground.

Connect your USB mouse to proper USB to USB micro converter and the connect it to Arduino Due Native USB port.

Connect the Programming Port on Arduino Due to your computer.
- Upload template_mouse_styrofoam_sensor.ino to an Arduino Due.
- Open up the Serial Monitor.
You will see the following:

Send any signal on the serial monitor to start the experiment.

Move the styrofoamball and you will se the CSV generated movement data.
