Version 1.0.2 release

First full release of the code.

Includes functions to:

• solve the 4DEnVar analysis
• calculate posterior error distributions
• evaluate the cost surface

Code has been tested extensively, including with the "zero order" and "linear" test cases and - to a high level of confidence - is performing correctly.

The front end (4DEnVar.c) is intentionally quite rudimentary. Users should build their own interface for the specific problem they are trying to solve

v1.0.2 is identical to v1.0.0 except that the attached assets have been tidied up.
