👈🏿 Check out my motivational video! I'm a Full Stack Developer. I earned my M. E. R. N. Full Stack Web Development certification from the University of Washington (UW Coding Bootcamp), powered by Trilogy Education Services (a 2U, Inc. Brand). I am continuing my education. I desire to achieve a doctorate (baby steps, then big leaps). I truly believe that everyone should learn to code (I plan to teach my children). I am actively pursuing courses- even self-studies of my own. I had to fight through many obstacles, in order to find opportunities, where I could learn how to code (which was not available in my demographics). It is my hope that coding becomes a part of every school's curriculum, developing Developers from early grade school and up. I just started doing my own tutorials, as I learn, myself. It is my hope to help others learn how to code; and code, well.
I’m open-minded for employment, and project collaboration(s). I’m currently taking a Python course offered by Harvard Division of Continuing Education. During my downtime at work, I sometimes like to find videos about TypeScript, Oracle Database, Kibana, and even Puppeteer. I'll find projects that I want to try myself; and see if I can make them better. Feel free to ask me about HTML5, SCSS, CSS3, Markdown, Bootstrap, Content Delivery Networks; or Saxophones 😆
⚡ Fun fact I can play any saxophone. I am learning how to play the keyboard and piano, along with learning the guitar (my fingers 😆) to help me progress in my chord theory. All of this helps me become a better asset to my church organization, as a minister. I am a decorative U. S. Marine, including awards for several Humanitarian Operations, while serving in Operations: Enduring Freedom; and Iraqi Freedom (three (3) deployments total. I am to serve my community; and our world (that's what being a minister means: a servant). I hope to serve by giving back: teaching children less fortunate, how to code; and showing them that there is a world they can reach, and even travel beyond. I also love football (played TE and Safety). I played back-half in Rugby. I wrestled for my JV and Varsity teams in high school. I later learned how to grapple, and I studied mixed martial arts. My favorite team I was on was the Marching Band (#1). I choose to live life; and live it well.
