We want to show

browse to frontend page
fill request form
submit request
matching offers are shown ** matches are filtered by languages only ** but including direction (a->b, b->a, bidirectional)
/offers and /requests shows all entries in database (to distinguish from matches)

What we are not showing

location data is submitted in form but not used for matching
submitting an offer
