docs: add Javascript Colombo, Sri Lanka meetup

This PR adds the Javascript Colombo, Sri Lanka meetup to the existing meetups bunch.

The inaugural event was successfully conducted with the following line up.

• Simplifying React App Login
• Building an Enterprise Design System in 2024

And we are planning to have a set of React sessions in the upcoming sessions.
