One of the changes here has already been merged with f7d9115

The other one is removing use statements which is also unrelated. (and possibly already merged too, didn't check, but the file conflicts so I am guessing that yes)

So no code changes seem to be necessary, which in turn means we can depend on either versions, which then means it doesn't need to wait for a new version of this package.

@bircher Drush 10 supports: "consolidation/robo": "^1.4.11 || ^2 || ^3", while Drush 11 will only support Robo 3. I think we should somehow follow that
