Description of the change

Latest non-major version update of the Redis Helm dependency

Benefits

Fixes in Redis Helm chart. In my particular case I was affected by bitnami/charts#27080

Possible drawbacks

This helm chart update should be backwards compatible according to https://github.com/bitnami/charts/tree/main/bitnami/redis#upgrading.

We can also be more conservative and upgrade to only 19.5.5
