A set of TVB related small packages for efficient scripting with TheVirtualBrain simulator

Its sub-packages contain:

• helper functions (tvb_scripts.utils)
• plotting functions
• a Timeseries extended model and service
• input/output module to and from TVB files
• and a Head model and services for TVB Structural data, for more efficient scripting with TVB concepts.
