  • Rescued reads are now only written to the file specified by -w .
  • Added flags to filter input reads by mean Q value (-Q 7 by default) and output reads by length (minimum -z 50 by default).
  • Changed the optimality criterion for parameter optimization to the number of usable bases instead of the number of reads.
  • Updated evaluation results.
