Now that we have support in Kodi for bidirectional path-thru of custom timer settings, we do not need any hacks to "reuse" existing settings which actually have a different semantics, thus requiring "special treatment" to make it work somehow.
With this PRs all these hacks are removed and the "native" tvheadend autorec properties "Start after" and "Start before" can be used directly by Kodi to create and manage autorecs.
