Feature Request: Build Pipeline for Website

Issue: #2321

Tasks

  • Set up a build pipeline that triggers:
    • On every commit to the main branch.
    • On every PR.
  • Allow Deployment CI present in CI to run only after the build pipeline on main is successful.ongoing

We need a seperate build pipeline, which after completion trigger the existing deploy pipeline

Not needed as we are handling it differently
