How to install toolchain/cmake/... with it?

No, don't do that, IDE is a standalone application, without any dendency. (except linux)
IDE is in early beta, if something not work, you found a bug. Please contact us, we really need your feedback.

Can I use another version of toolchain/cmake/... with it?

No.

How to clean uninstall it?

Just delete KendryteIDE folder.

Can I use it without network connection?

Currently, you must have network for the first run. After everything downloaded, you can use offline.bat or offline.sh to launch without any update.
Note: no ANY support about oudated offline version

I got parsing dependencies error.

You probably need install dependency before compile.

How to submit a library or example package?

Your library should develop with IDE (or you must make file struct fit our requirement), and your package must have a GitHub repo.
Then you need to open an issue describe your package, we will review and put it into package list.

Why display language cannot change?

This is a known issue, I'm solving it.

Do I need to install both updater AND offlinepackages?

No. Only install updater.
