This release is based on https://github.com/cdk/cdk/tree/6fade7b5470669955835046d9fb09c48f658efde snapshot, which is the same with NCDK-1.3 version's one.
Many API signatures are changed from array in NCDK-1.3 versions to IEnumerable or IReadOnlyList in order to increase affinity with LINQ.
