After configure all the rules files, you can click "RunEasyCIE" to execute the information extraction pipeline. Regarding how to configure the rules, please check the configuration sections from the right sidebar.
You can change the annotator's name in order to keep track of the output of different version of rule configurations.
Click the button "ViewOutputInDB" to check the output in a table view.
The different types of annotations will be displayed in different color.
You can sort the results based on the columns, by click the column title at the top of the table. For example, the following screenshot show how to sort based on annotation types.
In the text input field at the top of the screen, you can use SQL grammar to refine the annotations that you want to display. For instance, you can add AND DOC_NAME='1164_d.txt' to the default SQL condition, so that only the annotations belong to the document "1164_d.txt" will be displayed.
