…is the ability to minify with compressor after group sources are concatenated. Also, updated docs to reflect new flag.

This change allows users to set
enable_mintoFalseon any group(s) defined insettings.PIPELINE_JSorsettings.PIPELINE_CSSand avoid using the defined compressor on that group(s). This is particularly useful for projects using AngularJS (that may have inline controllers with dependency injection DI that cannot be minified.)
