Use XDG_DATA_HOME for Flatpak so that fs_homepath is accessible without special permissions/handling. This changes the home path for Flatpak from ~/.q3a/ to ~/.var/app/org.ioquake3.ioquake3/data/q3a/. (This is the recommended handling for Flatpak applications.)
In the missing baseq3 pk3 error for Flatpak, tell users to copy pk3 files to fs_homepath as fs_basepath is not user writable. (Displaying fs_basepath was introduced today in #634.)
