Right now, ListView items are nested inside
StackLayout. That is because of the strange behaviour of core which nestsProxyViewContainerinsideStackLayoutin the case of lists.With this PR, we'll use
ContentViewwhich is a more lightweight solution.Regarding the extra padding issue, it seems to be NativeScript theme's fault.
