Streaming audio display

Description

Streaming audio is now displayed as a wave that is synched to the audio.

Upsides:

• More engaging than the current bare audio element.

Downsides:

• With the current approach, can't backtrack/skip easily.

Would love some design thoughts @hannahblair and @aliabid94 !

Very cool @freddyaboulton. Just a suggestion on the design side: can we make the wave more stylistically similar to the current waveform that is displayed for the audio component? e.g. narrower bars and less rounded
