Overview
Following from issue #11 and IQSS/dataverse#9331, this PR adds a NetCDF functionality that parses a given
.ncfile and maps the bounding box to thegeospatialmetadatablock. The implementation follows the logic of IQSS/dataverse#9541 and converts anylongitude > 180°by subtracting360°.Issues this PR closes
