Autocomplete now includes globals that are defined in other cells, but not yet submitted (with Ctrl+S or the run button). Fix #2991

Open Julia and type:

julia> import Pkg
julia> Pkg.activate(temp=true)
julia> Pkg.add(url="https://github.com/fonsp/Pluto.jl", rev="autocomplete-handle-definitions-from-other-cells")
