Remaining work:

• set existing users (IF registrationDate < 2024-07-16T00:00:00.000Z) with no shortcuts as if they have completed the action (ActionType.FirstShortcutsSession) from api (seems easier this way)
• fix tests
• remove the old shortcuts from storybook and make new shortcuts work
• check with product to conclude the experiment in growthbook https://app.growthbook.io/features/shortcuts_ui
