Fix bug in propagating estimated FOV shift. Tested with
/hpc/projects/intracellular_dashboard/ops/2024_03_05_registration_test/live/1-reconstruct/A3_600k_38x38_1.zarr/dataset. Should be tested with another dataset before merging
