Enabled verbose log in “Close Database with Active Replicator” and “Delete Database with Active Replicator” which currently failed on Debian 10 platform.

Will it be merged to release/lithium, or just use the lithium pipeline to collect the logs? |

I will merged to the release/lithium branch to get some logs for investigation. It has zero risk as only test code has been changed. |

Enabled verbose logging "Close Database with Active Replicator" and "Delete Database with Active Replicator" which currently failed on Jenkins's Debian 10 for investigation. The issue cannot be reproduced locally and on the other platforms.
Changes are in the test code only.
