  • Allow for multiple PSM files as input
  • Add option to pass protein parsing keyword arguments to Mokapot
  • CI: Add test for building Windows installer
  • Add support for extracting ion mobility from spectrum files
  • Add support for extracting retention time from mzML spectrum files

  • GUI: Moved Percolator weights file option to rescoring engine configuration tab

Fixed

  • GUI: Fixed window sizing issues on normal DPI monitors
  • Fixed issue where ionmob crashed if no console was attached to the GUI application
