Fix the facebook feed

Fixes the facebook feed.

Since we're running on a free node on heroku, this is definitely not the most reliable solution.
These are the current limitations:

• Low uptime (at most 18 hours a day)
• Only 4 last recent posts (since that's what's loaded on initial load)
