Add fox lab to nwb

Draft of the to-do list:

• Basic conversion structure and conversion notes.
• Add behavioral data (right and left Hutchen, Wing beats amplitude and frequency)
• Use the parse library with the folder name to extract metadata for subject and time as per the author's notes.

• Add videos.
• Fix deep lab cut in neuroconv to be able to add deep lab cut data. Depends on Make config_file_path optional on DeepLabCutInterface neuroconv#1031
• Fix bug of deep lab cut where containers are empty when using the DeepLabCutInterface twice.
• Figure out what is the slow down of the videos.
• Get more trials.
• Double check yaml metadata
• Synchronize video times to DAQ Add time synch for Fox lab #3
• Run inspector.

The sampling frequency is 10_000. This is two seconds.
