I think we can extend the pizza pangenomics example to the rest of the lesson, for example using it to exemplify how the gene family clustering works, if we set the clustering thresholds to a certain value all cheeses will be in only one family, if we set a different clustering threshold mozzarella cheese will be in one gene family and parmesan cheese will be in another one.
