Fixes #44

  • Added pyproject.toml to back-end managed by pdm (superseeded pipenv)
  • Adjusted CI pipeline to use Deta deployment
  • Adjusted CORS urls
  • Adjusted back-end url to new domain gen.meldy.bubblefish.studio
