Important

  • You can now drag to create Favorites! Why restart ArcFox just to change those? =P
    · Close favorites by middle-clicking them
    · Delete favorites by right-clicking them

  • We fixed Peek's dynamical renderer cause it was causing severe performance issues on some websites - although it's not perfect, it's much better and optimized than before!

  • Sidebar engine now supports gradient themes!

  • Improved styles to make it look a lot more like Arc

  • Arc Palette is here (kind of): Wanna make your website match ArcFox's theme? Now you can - doesn't update with the user's firefox theme though =(

ArcFox is more optimized than ever! We fixed bugs, enhanced animations, cleaned the clutter and more:

Bug fixes and small improvements

  • We fixed a bug where closing tabs wouldn't remove them on the sidebar (thanks for reporting it Daryl!)
  • Small improvements to Peek - we fixed a bug that made peek icons unavailable due to CORS Policy, and added a cute closing animation
  • Improved Performance and cleaned clutter on the sidebar engine
  • Sidebar's styles migrated to SCSS and better styles documentation

Removed

  • Space names cause Arc only shows them when there's 2 or more spaces
  • Settings cause now Favorites are dynamically-rendered!
  • HTTPS security icon on Favorites

We're getting there! We believe the new web should be productive, customizable and open!
