Adds "Sections" as a new level of structure in the sections mapping data structure.
New levels are:

  • Fragment (page/doc)
    • Section (--- with section-metadata style setting)
      • Blocks

PR includes:

  • UI: overall revamp of the UI taking in account this additional level
  • UI: feature to drag and drop blocks between sections
  • adaptation of the sections-mapping import script + parsers
  • BONUS: fix markdown/html panels
