Basically a rework of my previous PR, I would've used try blocks but they're not supported in klipper. I also couldn't figure out how to get the default z acceleration from the cfg, so it's in its own variable.
as for build sheet changes, this is mostly for polypropylene sheets/tape, which would probably get a hole in them at 150C, as well as galorite, which seems to take the heat better. But I put the typical operating temps in the table.
