Still some issues but those are not related to the merge but to this branch

Though I think it would be great to do a maven build in eclipse it soes seem to create lots of errors that distract me

Because this is a calculated value and should not be stored
In the team file the [config].TEAM.IS SHARED value is always true
The dialog to add a key is from swing so it doesn'tr work nicely Do not try to cut and paste on windows
Still pretty shit though
Clean removes the content of the build folder now. Not the folder itself. This is because during testing a shell in the folder will make the delete fail.
For the test to run the manifest has to "export" the example
Because now the build/discovery commands are run by cmd on windows the workarounds had to be completely different.
