Initial release

This is the initial release to make it possible to include on Tampermonkey/Greasmonkey scripts by using the @require tag. Since by default TM and GM only re-download the required files when the script is installed or the link changes, we can get that desired behaviour with repository releases, so the js file included on each release will be the exact same as the one shown on corresponding commit of the repo, but will include the version on the filename.
