  • 👋🏽 Hi, I’m @RMedina19 a Mexican data enthusiast.
  • 👩🏽‍🎓 I'm currently studying the MS in Computational Analysis and Public Policy (MSCAPP) at the University of Chicago, sponsored by the university and the Fulbright program.
    • I'm a Visualization Specialist for the Chicago Policy Review
    • Also, I'm a first-year liaison for the South Side Civic (SSC) that organizes the Civic Scopeathon for organizations working in the South of Chicago.
  • 👩🏽‍💻 I have worked as a Data Coordinator and Data Analyst in the non-profit sector in Mexico, studying gender and human rights.
  • 👾 My primary programming languages are Python and R. I have extensive experience in automating processes, cleaning and visualizing data, and documenting collaborative code repositories.
  • 👩🏾‍🤝‍👩🏽 I co-founded the RLadies Chapter in Aguascalientes, Mexico, my hometown.
