Creates the transformations maps for DLFA-198: Create EAD -> v1 indexer HTTP request XML body transformation map. Run this script with no arguments to create the files in transformation-maps/, which are then copied to GitHub repo dlfa-198_v1-indexer-ead-to-http-request-xml-body-transformation-maps.
Extracts the langcode attributes values from the EAD files in a directory and
prints a list of the unique langcode values and their counts.
