Looks like CI isn't running. |
The old URL to download and install libfort is not working anymore. I will update it. |
It looks that the old URL refuses any connection through |
…x-Project/PluginPlay into image-build_test_release

CMake is always complaining about missing pybind11 but actually it is in the image. In addition, python tests are still failing for not finding the parallelzone module. |
