[Doc]update download links for branch-22.10 release in main branch[sk…

…ip ci] (#6821)

according to #6360, we should firstly draft a pr to update the main branch with the new download links during release time, the timeline to merge this pr should be just after we merge dev-22.10 to main branch(or just before we tag main branch).
