https://github.com/GTNewHorizons/BlockRenderer6343/blob/cca241ab6d71ef8632f46fe678e5e844642324ba/src/main/java/blockrenderer6343/integration/gregtech/GTConstructableScan.java#L52-L89 revealed this multi to be the singular GT structure to incorrectly fall through to the second scan. This also brings it in line with every other gt multi that has tiered blocks.
