Decent release, multi source and somewhat multi-object

In this release, it is possible to use multiple sources (inside or outside objects), and multiple geometries as long as they don't overlap or touch.

Reflections are not possible because they are buggy: all indices must be set to 1.0. However, it is the priority for 1.0.5. Everything else works well and agrees with MCML with identical parameters.
