Versioning system

EthOn goes public with version 0.1.0

The initial version IRI is http://ethon.consensys.net/0/ (owl:versionIRI)

The minor versions are developed in the development branch of the repository.

From the day of release on we act according to http://semver.org/ (MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH)

When we come to 1.0.0 the version IRI increases (http://ethon.consensys.net/1/).

Releases are tagged accordingly.

The latest stable version IRI is always http://ethon.consensys.net.

The exact version version is set using <http://ethon.consensys.net> owl:versionInfo "MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH" .
