connection pooler image expose environment variables?

Currently the connection_pooler configuration does not allow to configure the pgbouncer.ini through environment variables even though the container image supports this partially.

Would be great if we can further configure the deployment without having to create our own container image.

Entrypoint uses:

envsubst < /etc/pgbouncer/pgbouncer.ini.tmpl > /etc/pgbouncer/pgbouncer.ini

Sadly the /etc/pgbouncer/pgbouncer.ini does not allow for all parameters to be configured via envs and some are even commented out while allowing for envsubst 😅
