how does af_xdp assign the cpu core for processing in? need to use so reuse port or something? or is there a possibility to divert it to the right cpu thread etc? sorry newbie on this

XDP processes the packet on whatever CPU the interrupt arrives from the
hardware on. This can be configured using the driver RSS settings; how
to do this depends on the particular hardware...
