Add guidance doc for angular

The guidance document is missing about how to use jodit in the latest version of Angular(17 and 18). https://github.com/jodit/jodit-angular the Angular wrapper is outdate.

We plan to applying the editor in our angular project, I can add a guidance doc for it.

@Yorklin888 you can try ngx-jodit. I created it and v3 supports Angular 16+. The main difference with jodit-angular is that ngx-jodit uses Jodit as peer dependency so you get the latest features from Jodit asap.
