Front End Non-functional

I might be doing something wrong here but I have tried all sorts trying to sort this, I got as far as the in-game binding working perfectly but all of the front end binding don't do a single thing and I have no idea why, they're all the default bindings, nothing has been edited.

It registers the change and swaps the button prompts to controller and visa versa with keyboard but both keyboard and controller are unresponsive when acting on menus

Which game and which version of the game are you running exactly?

Also, which controllers are you trying with? Does it work with keyboard?
