Jetpack app freezing when using voice control

Expected behavior

Voice control working as expected for commands like "scroll up" when editing a post.

Actual behavior

User reports Jetpack app (iPad) freezing on the latest version (18.1) when using voice control on iPad.

This was also replicated by @dcalhoun here

Steps to reproduce the behavior

I am using the latest version of jetpack and 18.1 on iPad. I use voice control to interact with the iPad. When I am editing the body of a post and the keyboard is visible, the following voice controls will cause Jetpack to freeze and voice control to stop responding: scroll up, scroll down, pound out.

Tested on [device], iOS [version], Jetpack iOS / WordPress iOS [version]

Tested on version 25.4.1, disabling reduce motion on iPhone 15 and iPad (18.1)
